JOB SUMMARY:
A two (2) year graduate programme (fixed-term) in a departmental rotational role reporting into the Chief Administrative Manager and carries the responsibility of candidate exposure to learning and developing, facilities and event management, procurement, branding, third party contractor liaison and more. The position is located close to Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu Natal.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree - Social Sciences; BCom General; BBA; Bachelor Admin General from University of Kwazulu Natal
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate – Only BCOM Graduates will be considered for this role, not BTech/ND
• Familiar with HR processes and legislation.
• Resilient and hardworking, good with MS Excel
• Own reliable transport to and from Cato Ridge
• Applicants must be well spoken, self-driven, academically strong

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives & Employees
• Compiling and updating employee records
• The role is more focused on our Admin area which is specifically dealing with Contractors (security contract, canteen provider, uniform providers etc), issuing of PPE & uniform, handling our Expat portfolio in terms of lodging, transport, meals etc, company vehicle coordination, cost management, issuing of stationary, company branding and corporate events.
• More so than the core HR areas of Recruitment, Payroll Training and IR, Facilities Management falls under HR and this is where our need is.
• This role is more of an analytical role and running around dealing with daily errands, with exposure to all departments, a great learning opportunity and exposure to all departments for 2 years.
