JOB ROLE
Provide an elevated level of client service to investors, intermediaries and financial advisors contacting the company.
Responsible for all telephonic and written enquiries related to the wide array of products on offer including and not limited to Unit Trusts and Retirement Annuities.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Commerce degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Management or Business Management (Essential)
GPA Score of at least 65%
1-2 Years experience OR fresh out of varsity
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail, articulate and resilient personality
Passion for finance and investments with good working knowledge of the industry
Proven client service experience
Candidates must bring strong values such as humbleness, integrity and character that transcends into their work.
