BEE Strategic Consultant for a BEE Consulting Company

Salary: R35 000 - R45 000 CTC P<

Responsibilities:
•?Quote development with Business Development Managers on non-standard product offerings
•?Working with various clients across all sectors to deliver on the pre-determined delivery project plans
•?Strategic consulting on all areas of BEE in relation to legislation and business best practice
•?Consistently achieving set billable hours per week
•?Pro-active management and monitoring of the delivery project to ensure that it is in accordance with internal best practice and processes as well as quality excellence standards
•?Ensuring the clients are enabled and empowered to implement the strategic recommendations/solutions
Experience:
•?5+ years’ experience in a B-BBEE or similar environment
•?8+ years’ experience in a corporate environment where project or process management was a key focus
•?In depth knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes and Sector Codes and all related legislation is preferable
•?Knowledge of related legislation eg Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act
•?High level of Knowledge of ownership structures and application to B-BBEE
•?Success in a consulting or strategic environment
Skills:
•?Analytical and BEE skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business and financial information and translate them into BEE requirements is preferable
•?Exceptional attention to detail
•?Self-starter, ability to manage his/her own time and doesn’t need to be managed
•?Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•?Excellent verbal and written communication
•?Must be confident and outgoing and be adaptable to change
•?Must have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
•?Must be able to deal with stress and work under pressure
•?Strong presentation skills
•?Ability to prioritise and multi-task
•?Capable of building strong client relationships
•?Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
