Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an Analytics environment

SQL

Business intelligence concepts

Job Description:
Define value stream map in specific business area
Measure process wastes and leakages against benchmark standards
Analyse and identify improvement within the measured process
Communicated identified improvements to stakeholders
Implement approved changes to the process Control process through reporting and monitoring
Apply business metrics to measure and control the process improvement
Define required reporting through relevant business intelligence tool
Extrapolate data for reporting and present to stakeholders Implementation and continuous improvement of business processes
Knowledge transfer of expert knowledge relating to improved business process
