We employ highly - skilled individuals (both permanently and on long term contract) in the fields of Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Business Architecture, Project Management, Development (.Net, Mobile and Java), BI, and QA

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful individual would be responsible for using data to determine market and business trends for companies to increase profitability and efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE
• BI Knowledge: SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, ETL/DI design and implementation, Information Security
• Development Knowledge: SQL Server 2012, T-SQL, PowerBI, MDX, ETL, Cube Development, OLAP
SKILLS
• Technical Skills: use complex computer programs to mine data sources and look for trends
• Analytical Skills: determine what data trends mean. Being able to analyse the data is crucial.
• Communication Skills: Once the data is analysed, communicate findings to the line manager or client
• Problem-Solving: look at the data trends and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and reducing loss
• Time Management ability to work on large projects and many data streams and many deadlines. Being able to “juggle it all” is crucial to the job
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years’ experience in BI and Data Analytics
• Preferably in a consulting, banking, insurance & telecoms industry
CORE COMPETENCIES (TECHNICAL):

• Develop SSRS reports
• Maintain warehouse
• Write, test, and troubleshoot SQL code
• Design tables, stored procedures, views and functions
• Complete SQL query performance optimization
• Ensure that development standards and processes are adhered to
• Create analytical solutions using Microsoft Excel
• Work with large SQL data sets

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering
• Microsoft Certifications are highly favoured
