What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Financial Services sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Team Leadership
* Gathering user requirements
* Implementing reporting according to user requirements
* Data analysis and Pattern Recognition
* Development of ETLs
* Development of Sophisticated BI & MIS reports in Excel, VBA, MS SQL (Stored Procedures), SSIS, Reporting Services
* Extract data from a myriad of systems including SAP
* Data quality analysis
* Documentation

Key Job Deliverables:

Lead Team to Accomplish the Following:
* Complex BI and MIS front-end report in Excel using VBA custom dev
* Development of ETLs to extract from a large number of disparate systems
* Complex Analysis of Data to find trends and patterns directly from the data

Background work experience:

* 2 years Team Leader experience in Dev Environment
* 5 years MS Development experience
* 2 years BI development with large datasets
* Computer Science Degree (May consider Electrical Engineering)
* MS Development Suite VBA for Excell, SQL (Stored Procedures), ETL on SQL
* Adv: Experience on SSIS and Reporting Services
* Specific expertise on SAP database extraction
* Consultng to Business on Reporting Requirements
* Complex Data Analysis
* Large Scale Banking or Insurance Applications
