We are looking for a Bid Administrator for a National Company in East London.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years related working experience
Administration Diploma and/or related tertiary courses
Microsoft Office suite - Intermediate level
Fluent in English and Xhosa
Own Transport with valid Drivers License
Ability to travel nationally
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours

Duties:
Bid response content coordination and collation of information
Attend Tender Briefing Meetings
Quotes and Proposal Quotes preparation
Client based and Internal Project Administration
Perform a variety of administrative activities related to typing, content maintenance and minute taking.
Assist in the scheduling and coordination of Project meetings and engaging with participants to ensure quorum attendance.
General Data Capture and typing
General Reception Support Duties

Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 per month
