Our Client requires the services of a Billing Quality Administrator in the Finance Department at our Johannesburg Head Office. We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team. Key roles and responsibilities:

• Comparisons on billing data to ensure all updates are correctly processed and interfaced
• Ensure all errors and discrepancies are corrected
• Manage the daily interface list, including investigation and correction of errors
• Logging of requests for technical interventions and enhancements
• Testing of system changes that are made
• Ad hoc revenue quality assurance projects and reporting
• Validation and processing of pricing requests within agreed Service Level Agreement
• Assisting with maintenance of pricing tables including price increases
• Accurate and timely preparation and processing of month-end files, journals and reconciliations

Qualifications, experience and competencies required:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• Strong Excel and MS Access proficiency
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an annuity / subscription billing environment
• Strong analytical skills
