JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Analyst is responsible for assessing business requests and the impact of the change, capturing and documenting requirements and then ensuring that those requirements are delivered to the Development Team. Support the business through the implementation process. The job holder fulfills an active change management role. Facilitate the adaptation of new functionality from beginning to end.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Relevant professional certification and/or membership of relevant professional body is desirable (eg IIBA)
3 to 5 Years experience as a Business Analyst
Experienced in working in an Agile environment and should have very good understanding of Agile Methodology
Must be highly Computer Literate
Work with Scrum methodology in an Agile environment
Understand DevOps in a technical environment

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Identify and understanding the requirements of business stakeholders
Documenting and translating these requirements into Business Requirement Specifications that can be used by developers to design technical solutions
Liaising with the development team and business client to resolve queries
Ensuring that all requirements in the BRS are implemented in the final solution
Review all test results, ensuring a high standard of quality.
Hand system over to support post client go-live.
