JOB SPECIFICATION

Primary responsibility: Deliver world-class problem solving methodology training and coaching and ensuring project closure and results:
• Deliver on site and public classroom training.

• Provide project technical assistance and mentoring to
o Six sigma yellow belts, green belts and black belts
o Lean practitioners
• Applying Lean concepts such as 5S, Waste Reduction, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping and Mistake Proofing.

• Apply statistical analysis to determine the relationship between key inputs and process outputs.

• Analyze team dynamics and understand how multiple levels of the leadership work in an effort to remove barriers and achieve project success.

• Evaluate the service processes used by clients and identify and determine specific business problems and procedural inefficiencies.

• Assist clients to develop Lean Six Sigma business solutions to cut costs, reduce capital spending, improve quality, and increase earnings and profitability.

• Drive project results and closure

• Drive utilization of BMGI technology products purchased by the client.

• Report on deployment project status and appropriate key deployment focus objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in a business or technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in the application of the following problem solving methodologies:
o Lean, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kari, DFSS, Balanced Scorecard, Kepner-Tregoe, TOC, Design Thinking, TRIZ, etc
• Prior experience in team based problem solving.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and training skills.
• Work independently as well as a member of a virtual team.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), project management and interpersonal skills.
• Perform well in high energy, team orientated environment.
• Willing to travel 80% of time.
