Qualification:
B. Sc/B. Eng./B. Tech Mechanical Engineering

Skills & Experience:
Design building automation systems for large and/or complex buildings consisting of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Design large complex building automation network architecture to support operator work stations, field panels and devices connected through LON, Ethernet, or BACNET
Generate point schedules with multi–disciplinary engineers
Manage projects related to Building Management Systems/ Security Systems/ HVAC Systems
Have control diagram design, electrical and control panels experience for building construction
Design of security systems (access controls), smoke detection, public address and HVAC systems experience
Must have a track record of successful projects with working BMS that controls at least HVAC, Ventilation and Lighting Systems
