Company in managed healthcare is looking for a experienced, organised and knowledgeable Board Secretary to join their team.

Essential Business Expertise:

Business Management
Corporate Governance
Communications

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for the Board and Executives and fulfil their statutory requirements and to meet the demanding standards of corporate governance now required of companies.

Attend to administrative duties as required by the Board and Executives
Delivering excellent communication, administration and minute taking as agreed with the Executive Team and Board of Trustees.
Must make the Board and Directors aware of all relevant laws and regulations and to report any failure to comply.

Minimum Requirements:

Exceptional Language skills in English and Afrikaans and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Business Degree/Advanced Diploma – NQF level 7 (Communication/Editing Degree)

CIS International Qualifying Board Examination

Skills:

Keen interest in business and the economy.
Efficient organisational ability and time management.
Strict attention to detail.
High levels of literacy and numeracy.
Absorption of technical knowledge and translation into practice.

Computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook and Internet.

Exceptional Language skills in English and Afrikaans and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Ability of record keeping and documentation.
