BOILER OPERATORS (x6), SABIE, R5 500
• Grade 12 or equivalent;
• Valid Boiler Operator Certificate
; • Computer literacy. Work Experience:
• 2-3 years Boiler operations experience;
: • Must be able to work under pressure;
• Must be able to work as part of a team;
• Must be able to assist with various tasks as requested by the supervisor
• Successful candidate will be expected to start immediately
The main objective of this position is to ensure efficient and sustainable operating of Boilers and Boiler processes.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Ensure optimum, safe Boiler operation;
• Ensure equipment is fully operational;
• Report deviations in operations;
• Maintain good housekeeping standards;
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations;
• Daily Cleaning of Furnace;
• Maubry test as required;
• Boiler Blow-down as required.
