BOILER SUPERVISOR (SHIFTS), SABIE, RNEG + BEN
• BOILER OPERATOR CERTIFICATE ( NOT NEGOTIABLE)
• TRADE TESTES FITTER / ELECTRICIAN/ MILLWRIGHT
• GRADE 12 A MUST
• 3 YEARS BOILER PLANT EXPEREINCE
• 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISORY CAPACITY
• WILLING TO WORK SHITS
• ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• CONFLICT MANAGEMENT SKILLS

The main objective of this position is supervision of boiler plant equipment and workers on shift
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Supervision of boiler operations
• Monitor steam production and management of subordinates
• Boiler water analysis
• Housekeeping safety as well as problem solving
• Communicate with other departments and budget control
