LILLYBEAN PLACEMENTS is requires a BOILERMAKER for a Timber Company in the HARDING AREA.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for –
• Performing scheduled maintenance on plant & equipment.
• Attending to machine breakdowns.
• Installation of new plant & equipment.
• Ensuring that plant & equipment conforms to legislative requirements including the OHSACT.
• Training & mentoring unskilled artisans.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
NTC2 Boiler making Trade Test Certificate.
Minimum of two years post apprentice experience in a manufacturing environment.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Conveyors.
Plant Chains.
Overhead Gantries.
Boilers.
Steam Applications.
Plant Structures.

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
Welding argon ARC/Co2
Operating a Lathe
Operating Milling Machines (CNC)
Diagnostic & Fault finding skills
Ability to read schematic drawings
Ability to plan workload.
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure
Prepared to work overtime & perform standby duties

Salary offered: Negotiable – experience related.
