SECTION 13 TRADE TEST BOILERMAKER, 3 YEARS UNDERGROUND MINING / 3 YEARS PLANT EXP + DRIVERS LICENCE .

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ARE ESSENTIAL:
§ Grade 12/Standard 10§ National Certificate Engineering Studies N2
§ Boilermaker Trade Certificate NQF 3
§ Computer Literacy
§ 3 to 4 years relevant experience

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS OR OPTIONAL:§ National Diploma Engineering Studies

ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO, THE INCUMBENT WILL REPORT TO THE SUPERVISOR: MECHANICAL AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
:§ Ensure effective maintenance administration
.§ Provide boilermaker manufacturing, installation, repairs / replacement / maintenance services and administration
.§ Equipment is maintained at all times and defects reported to the relevant Foreman.
§ Ensure effective teamwork by establishing interaction between members
.§ Manage internal and external relations, including the interface with external providers responsible to ensure business needs are met and employees are satisfied.
§ Provide relevant and specialised technical support to production team.
§ Enhance safety awareness throughout working area.
§ Ensure working area and equipment is clean and safe at all times and in good working condition.
§ Ensure and comply with safety standards guidelines, policies and procedures.
§ PPE is worn during shift and safety rules and regulations adhered to.
§ Ensure compliance to PPE requirements when performing Boiler making duties
.§ Declaration of safe working place.§ Ensure housekeeping principles are adhered to.
