A vacancy currently exists in the workshop & parts dept. for a successful candidate that will build & maintain external & inter departmental customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty by achievement of goals related to the position of Bookings, Cashier & CRM vacant positon. The specs of the position are as follows:-

Duties & responsibilities
Should be familiar & also explain the services being offered in their workshop & parts environment, so as to ensure customer needs are met at all times
Capture, maintain billing and payment records for both the workshop & parts dept.
Capture and maintain all workshop bookings
Contacting of clients after their vehicle has been attended to ensure that the required Westvaal & OEM standards have been met
Daily feedback on no shows for workshop bookings and ensuring that those no shows are rebooked
Balance cash drawer daily so as to ensure that the daily banking for the workshop & parts dept. is done.
Report any discrepancies to the respective dept. heads and Dealer Principal immediately
Have indisputable honesty and integrity to Westvaal

Education
Grade 12 and applicable driver’s license

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Experience in EXCEL is a pre-requisite

Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience
