Duties and Responsibilities:
• Professional Customer Liaison
• Answering of telephones
• General customer enquiries and booking of service appointments
• Provide assistance to workshop managers and service advisors
• Ad-hoc administration duties

Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12
• Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
• Presentable appearance
• Ability to multi-task and good organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Salary structure:
• Basic monthly salary
• Provident fund & Medical aid benefits
