An immediately available, but well-seasoned, Bookkeeper is needed on a 5 month contact assignment for a Financial Services house based in Cape Town. You will need to have experience working with large volumes within a multi company environment.


Qualification:

Matric is essential

Relevant Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping or similar


Skills & Experience:

3 years’ experience in a similar role

Above average Excel knowledge

Ability to work in a pressurized environment

Ability to multi-task

Deadline driven

Great organising skills

Pro-active approach


Job Description:

Your duties will include:

Processing of Cashbooks, General Ledgers and Journals

Inter-company invoicing and transactions

Petty cash

Query resolution

Assist in Audit preparation

Opening of new accounts

Ad hoc duties
