Location: Montague Gardens/Milnerton, Cape Town
Salary: R12k per month

Requirements:
2 – 3 years’ experience
Bookkeeping Certificate
Pastel or similar application and MS office environment
Must be able to work in robust warehouse/office environment

Duties:
Pastel/data capturing
Sales orders/Invoicing
Credit notes
General inventory journals/store transfers/Queries
Create – or/and Maintenance of customer database
General:
Online Ordering system: Shipment; booking; reconciliation
Generate weekly Web base consignment purchase orders for FMG customers
Expo reconciliation
Weekly company global stock on hand report
General booking of collections/deliveries
