Bookkeeper – Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Well established manufacturing company in Montague Gardens Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper with 5 years’ experience.

Salary Very Negotiable – Position Available Immediately R 18000 + Company Contribution to Pension

REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric, with Tertiary degree or diploma, preferably in bookkeeping ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Have at least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Have excellent Excel, Word, Outlook, Pastel Accounting experience and skills (Client works on SYSPO).
• Previously worked on SYSPRO ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Have good communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team or on your own.

DUTIES
• Complete 3 Companies books up to Balance Sheet – SYSPRO (BUT PASTEL EXPERIENCE ACCEPTABLE)
• Controls and Checks
• Reconciliation of accounts with statements
• Accounts receivable/Accounts Payable
• Experienced with Debtors and Creditors
• Provide weekly Debtors and Creditors reports
• Manage and Control all Processing on SYSPRO up to Balance Sheet with reconciliations
• All Statutory forms and submissions on E filing
• VAT and submit on eFiling
