Bookkeeper / Office Administrator – Montague Gardens Cape Town

Our client is looking for an Excellent All-rounder – Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join their group in Montague Gardens Cape Town.

Salary up to R 10 000 pm - R 12500 pm

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Bookkeeper / Financial Diploma Certificate
• Relevant Experience in Debtors, Creditors, Bookkeeping, Accounting and General Office Administration
• Experienced with Quickbooks / Pastel and Excel

Min Job Requirements
• Understanding of Accounts and Bookkeeping
• Experienced with Debtors – Invoicing, Payment Collection
• Experienced with Creditors- Capturing Creditors, Check if all invoices match statements, Credit Report for payment approval

Banking and Cashbook:
• Control of bank statements
• Posting Bank entries into CashBook
• Reconciling of Monthly Bank statements – ensuring that Bank and QuickBooks (Experience with PASTEL) Petty Cash Control – Capturing and Recons
• Credit Cards Accounts – Capturing and Recons
• Payment of Casual Wages – Infrequent when necessary

Financial & General:
• Maintenance of Supplier Contracts – Filling
• Maintenance of Monthly Debit orders
• Monthly Expenses Reporting

Administrative Duties
• Maintenance of BEE Records – Collecting Data
• Casual Wages – Daily Time sheets
• Ad Hoc Administration & PA duties – Arranging Flights and Accommodation when needed
