general office duties (filling telephone scanning electronic filling)
customers invoicing and sales
hr admin
petty cash
fleet card management
cashbook to trail balance processing
debtors and money collections
creditors and purchasing
multi currency, clearing and forwarding
monthly recons
bills of materials and stock control
min 7-10 years experience
work well with customers and staff
good telephone etiquette
own transport
Work every 2nd Saturday morning
