Bookkeeper– Paarden Eiland, Cape Town

Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper with Pastel and EFiling experience to assist with the Books to Trial Balance. Sales Administrator roles also include like compiling and submitting of quotes and assisting clients on the floor in the Show Room.

Salary Market Related NEGOTIABLE (Permanent Position)

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Solid / Relevant PASTEL / PAYROLL / Bookkeeping Certificate – ADDED ADVANTAGE
• 2-5 Years’ Experience as a Bookkeeper working of PASTEL AND PASTEL PAYROLL
• 2-5 PAYROLL Experience up to 10 Staff
• Efiling Experience PAYE, VAT, EMP 201’s & EMP 501’s

Min Requirements
• PASTEL Accounting up to Trial Balance
• Debtors Creditors, Invoices, Credit Notes
• Bank Recons & Other recons
• VAT recons
• Wage and Salary – PASTEL up to 10 staff
• Efiling – PAYE, VAT, EMP 201 & EMP 501
• Sales Administration, assisting customer on the floor with sales from time to time
• Doing Quotations for sales orders
• Following up with Quotations regarding sales orders
