Well established company is looking for a Bookkeeper with 2 years’ experience in Paarden Eiland Cape Town.

Salary – Market Related – URGENT POSITION

REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• Tertiary degree or diploma, preferably in bookkeeping AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
• Have at least 2 years' experience as a bookkeeper
• Have excellent Excel, Word, Outlook, Pastel Accounting experience and skills.
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

DUTIES
• Processing in Pastel - up to Trial Balance with reconciliations
• Reconciling credit card and cash slips with statements
• Accounts receivable/Accounts Payable
• Provide weekly Debtors and Creditors reports
• VAT processing
• Reconcile and monitor credits and refunds
• Banking and petty cash
