Daily invoicing
Daily/weekly order taking (via email)
Daily filing
Credit notes
Daily cash book receipting
Regular stock takes (sorting out any differences)
Month end reports (both on Excel and Pastel)
Ordering of stock from suppliers (calculating stock required based on stock in warehouse)Verify with Director or Manager
Stock transfers (internally, when stock is received)
Month end stock take (correct any differences on Pastel)
Internal Customer statements (email and fax)
Internal Customer Pastel queries (day to day)
Training internal customers in stores on how to use Pastel Evolution
Receive stock and capture stock and pricing on Pastel Evolution
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English, Portuguese will be an advantage)
Pastel Certified
3 – 5 years solid Pastel Evolution Partner and Excel experience essential:
Invoicing
Credit notes
Debtors
Stock transfers
Cash book
Friendly and outgoing person able to deal with internal customers
Good telephone manner
Firm, dynamic person
Must have some warehouse experience
Must have had some involvement with stock takes or stock in general
Must be able to perform the task on Pastel IT trouble shooting and Pastel Admin
