Bookkeeping Duties
2yrs+ previous bookkeeping experience
Computer literate (MS Office, Pastel, Email)
Working experience on Pastel essential
Stock control
Creditors statements and invoices
Creditors queries
Credit card reconciliations
Insurer reconciliations
Bookkeeping to trail balance (essential)
Journals
Insurance premium administration
Bordereaux payments
Home language must be English
Reception Duties
Answering a small switchboard
Diary keeping (meetings, etc)
Receiving and hosting visitors
Organising eats and teas for meetings
General receptionist duties
Ordering stationery
Dealing with the courier company
Posting (sorting and distributing)
Upkeep of office automation machines
Home language must be English
