Southern Suburbs, Cape Town a well-established company is looking for a bookkeeper and administrator for half day Monday – Friday. My client is looking for a mature lady who has expert knowledge in Sage One Pastel who is organised with good at administration skills. Well-spoken with good telephone skills.


Responsibilities include:

Stock control

Financial procedures – debtors & creditors

Balance sheet reconciliation’s

Processed value chain reconciliation

Month end processing

Administration



Qualifications:

Grade 12

Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification is a MUST

3-5 Years’ experience

Strong computer skills

Permanent ½ day Monday – Friday

Salary – Market related
