Must be fluent in Afrikaans read, write and speak. Must be from the Ceres area and own vehicle essential.



Qualification:

Graduate plus SAIPA Articles complete

Matric + 3 years Bookkeeping experience

Job Description:

Report directly to the Financial Manager

Duties include but are not limited to:

Preparation and capturing of Creditors and Debtors

Match orders and invoices

Update supplier file for processing

Cashbook

Petty Cash

Bank Account Reconciliations

Capture Credit Cards

Track Diesel usage

Data Capturing

Ad hoc admin duties incl. helping at reception when required
