Bookkeeper Somerset West Cape Winelands (Importers of Products)

Our Client an Importer of Goods Products in Somerset West Cape Winelands is looking for a Bookkeeper with 3-5 Years’ Experience in running an office which includes admin, accounts, invoicing clients on Debtoor/ Excel/ PASTEL to prepare the books to Balance Sheet and to run the accounts department.

Salary Negotiable to experience

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Accounting Qualification will be an advantage but not a MUST hands on experience more important
• 3-5 years’ experience
• Working on Excel, PASTEL V17 and Pastel Payroll (Very Small as they are importers)
• Very Administration Aligned
• Powerpoint, Excel and Ms office
• Debtoor Experience an ADDED ADVANTAGE but NO a MUST (To load invoices)

Job Requirements
• Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance / Balance Sheet PASTEL
• Payroll Pastel – min staff members to start off with (Accounting Firm will assist)
• Banking FNB
• Invoicing – Doing Quotes, sending out Invoices to Clients and Recon thereof on EXCEL, Debtoor and then PASTEL
• Debtors & Creditors – PASTEL
• HR Administration Duties – this will form part of your Duties at a later stage
• General Administration duties
