Salary R 15000 - R 16000 CTC

Min Requirements

Matric
Relevant Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma ADDED Advantage
3 -5 years’ experience as a bookkeeper
PASTEL or QuickBooks – Training will be provide on Companies own software CMS

Job Description

Complete books up to Trial Balance
The complete bookkeeping function for the branch
Prepare and administer the branch debtor accounts
Set up of EFT batches, cheque payments and guarantees
Set up of Foreign payments & recons
Process prebills
Petty cash – administering and reconciling
Catering supplier recons
Prepare files for annual audit
Foreign invoice allocations
