Our client is looking to fill 2 Bookkeeper vacancies in their Johannesburg and Cape Town Offices respectively. The financials will be operated and recorded seperately and amalgamated by the Financial Manager.

Reporting to: Financial Manager based in Johannesburg
Bookkeeping up to trial balance
Balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and submit Vat returns
Prepare and submit PAYE returns
Prepare and submit UIF returns
Processing and reconciling cashbook
Prepare monthly bank report with interest calculations
Prepare accurate general ledger reconciliations
Review of creditors reconciliations for accuracy
Process approved journals
Scanning and electronic filing
Balancing of creditors and debtors books
Adhoc duties
