A Distribution company based in the West Rand is looking for a Creditors Clerk who has experience working on Pastel. Candidates from a similar industry (Distribution) will be preferred. Retail or FMCG experience will be advantageous.

Duties include:

• Processing of publishers payments on a monthly basis;
• Reconciliation of publishers recons;
• Checking of sales;
• Prepare schedules for sales;
• Prepare schedules claims;
• Preparing and doing Bank recons;
• General Administration  / Accounts duties;
• Assist in other areas should the need arise.

Educational / Skills / Experience:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent;
• Previous Creditors experience;
• Good numerical skills;
• Computer Literacy – MS Office; Pastel skills;
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
