Location: Northern Suburbs, Cape Town
Salary: R15k per month CTC

Requirements:
Matric
Relevant Tertiary Education
10 years + Bookkeeping experience

Duties:
Cash Book- Capturing of payments and receipts and the reconciliation of the cash book to the bank statement
Purchases Journal- capturing of invoices after having married all delivery notes to invoices
Reconciliation between customer statement and general ledger statement
General Journal – Constructing and processing monthly journals and any other journals as requested to process.
Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
Expense account analysis on specified accounts
Producing a Trial Balance for each month-end
Producing trial balances monthly for 5 property companies
The incumbent would be taught to operate the client’s in-house computer system.
