RS Recruitment Services is assisting a client in the IT HARDWARE industry, to recruit a BOOKKEEPER to be based in WESTVILLE.

Applicants should have/be the following:

Matric
Relevant financial qualification, an advantage
Solid, relevant bookkeeping experience
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Sage 1, an advantage

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping to trial balance or balance sheet
Accounts receivable - record and monitor balances of incoming funds, prepare invoices & statements
Account payable – arrange payment for purchases, keep electronic balance sheet
Reconcile balance sheet
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Payroll

Remuneration:

R12k – R17k, negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications.
