Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Bookkeeper or similar position.
• Intermediate knowledge of Accpac
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Responsibilities and duties include:
• Renewal and recordkeeping of company registration certificate, tax clearance, letter of good standing and shareholder certificates.
• Collating and completing of vendor application forms
• Monthly management accounts
• Complete Functions to Balance Sheet/Trial Balance
• Statutory returns
• Loading payments onto online banking
• Reconciliation of debtors and creditors accounts
• Maintain up to date cashbook GL entries
• Processing salaries and wages
• Annual and Bi-annual payroll submissions to SARS via Easy File
• Assist Financial Director as required
• Overseas creditors
• Debtors
• Petty cash
• Switchboard
• Stock control
• Collating and completing of vendor application forms
• Monthly management accounts
• E-forex
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Detail orientated
• Deadline driven
• Ability to multitask
• Working under pressure
