BOOKKEEPER

We are urgently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with the following expereince:

• Min 3 - 5 Years working experience as Bookkeeper
• Full function debtors
• Full function creditors
• Credit control
• Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors
• Cashbook posting and reconciliations
• Petty cash management and reconciliation
• Bankng
• Stock control recons
• Payroll of wages and salaries
• SARS submissions (UIF, PAYE, SDL)
• Annual Budgets
• Monthly management accounts
• Bookkeeping till Trail Balance essential
• income statements
• Balance Sheet recons
• General Ledger Recons
• Sales Journals
• Debt collections
• Knowledge of Pastel Accounting / Accpacc / VIP Payrol and SAGE payroll
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets - Intermediate level .
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Numerical skills
• Detailed orientated and accuracy essential

Salary : R15 000 - R18000 pm neg
