Job Description:

Run and maintain the cash flow in MS Excel.

Ensure correct and timeous invoicing.

Actively reconcile creditors and debtors accounts.

Focus on accurate credit notes.

Provide time to chase debtors on a daily and weekly basis.

Ensure the debtors age analysis.

Take control of the pulling of statements.

Facilitate the incoming and outgoing of raw and finished goods.

Ensure that the remittances are obtained.
