BCom or BCompt in Accounting



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper

Xero Knowledge, advantageous



Job Description:

Actively processing to trial balance, balance sheet and income sheet.

Ensure the bank reconciliations are done.

Actively do the daily processing of tax invoices and supplier invoices.

Focus on petty cash and credit card management.

Manage the asset register.

Ensure accurate capturing of payroll expenses and journalizing of payroll entries.

Ensure monthly journals are processed.

Actively load payments and keep track of bank balances.

Monthly payment pack preparation.
