UK Customer Service Team Leader - Diep River, Cape Town
We are looking for a professional, high performance individual, with exceptional leadership and client liaison skills. This person will be responsible for managing and leading a team of agents to achieve performance targets, while building a positive, engaged team environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Matric / Grade 12 equivalent
2 Years Leadership experience with a Contact Centre Environment
Key responsibilities:
Driving performance of the team
Daily coaching
QA – assessing calls per agent, per month, and providing immediate feedback
Managing all IR related issues
Analyze performance and recommend solutions to improve performance of individual and team
Awareness and understanding of client expectations, systems and reporting
Knowledge and understanding of all compliance
Skills and Competencies required:
Excellent leadership ability
Excellent Interpersonal skills and good communication (written and verbal)
Ability to take initiative, be flexible and manage change well.
Ability to listen pro actively and provide feedback
Good mentoring and leadership ability
Target orientated
Team player
Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
