Opportunity to join leading distributor of lighting and electrical products based in Milnerton. Utilise your strong organisational skills and flair for administration and assume responsibility for all related administration and support the Branch Manager.

KEY COMPETENCIES INCLUDE:
Answer all incoming calls on main switchboard
Manage front office and welcome visitors
Manage, process and control of all internal sales orders, enquiries and quotations for customers
Process inter-branch transfers and invoices
Attend to customer complaints as well as returns and credit notes
Administer branch expense claims, order and expedite branch buy out purchases
Coordinate and liaise with courier companies for deliveries and collections
General filing and administration
Personal assistant duties to Manager
Manage office, branch stationery and order groceries
Manage all cash sales, banking and petty cash
Manage OHS check and reports to Head Office
Inventory control picking and sorting stock for customer’s orders

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Matric/Grade 12
Admin related qualification (Diploma or Certificate)
A minimum of 2-3 years administration experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Own transport and driver’s license preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Meticulous and detail orientated
Strong customer service skills
