Leading company focusing on the construction industry servicing the construction industry is seeking a Branch Administrator to cover a Contract.
Period: 2 months with the possibility of permanency
Requirements:
Grade 12
Minimum of 3 years experience with accounts and administration
SAP Experience
Some duties:
Prompt response to incoming e-mail /faxes/letters.
Update of client database on regular basis.
All expenses must be recorded and the necessary forms to be submitted.
Arranging couriers
Daily status reports on open orders
Locate original invoices, POD, orders, quotes for Accounts office for year-end audits.
Account queries, outstanding payments and follow up on payments.
Creating orders and Quotations on SAP
Sending invoices, tax invoices and delivery notes to clients.
Update payments on system.
Compiling of refund documents for returned products.
Assisting the debtors office with account queries.
Banking
Processing the sales Receipt vouchers on excel spreadsheet of the monies bank / EFT payments received.
Petty cash
Compiling and upkeep of leave records for Cape, PE and Bloemfontein stores.
Technical advice and assistance to clients
Salary: R8000 – R9000
