My Client; a leader in the Lubrication system technology & equipment industry, is looking for a temp Branch Administrator for 4 - 5 months, to ensure that accurate quotes go out to clients and that the general Admin function is kept up to date. (This is a Temp position while the permanent Branch Administrator is on Maternity leave)

Requirements:-

• Matric is a minimum requirement
• Minimum of at least 2 years experience in a related field
• PC literate
• Accurate
• Attention to detail
• ability to manage routine
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Able to work under pressure
• ability to cope with large volumes of invoicing
