PURPOSE
Attend to all administrative duties i.e. creditors, debtors, events, secretarial etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the monthly revenue spreadsheet is accurately maintained on a daily basis
Branch invoicing: ensure that sales representative submit document in respect of invoicing timeously and that all relevant correct information is accurately and timeously submitted to the invoicing department
Distribute invoices and statements to clients
Follow procedure accurately with regards to order numbers – mainly for cross hires
Follow procedure accurately when requesting an EFT or Cheque payment, a credit note, completing an expense advance request
Ensure that money is in the bank before the hire occurs for all cash clients
Ensure creditors department receives invoice documents timeously
Follow up with Debtors concerning payment and submit a weekly forecast report
Send final demands to clients at the request of the Debtors department
Balance branch revenue and costs at month end
Resolve queries relating to invoices, log sheets and client’s general queries
Attend and minute Branch related meetings when requested
Attend monthly Debtors review meetings
Attend to incoming telephonic enquiries for new hires
Assist in bringing in new clients

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matriculation Certificate
Computer literacy with certification in MS Word and Excel (advanced)
Proven administration experience
Proven accounting experience
A minimum of 3 years in a similar environment
