Our client requires an experienced Branch- Co-ordinator for the duration of 1 year.

Skill set required:

  • Good administrator (including minute taking, etc)

  • Excellent brand ambassador 
  • Highly computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Stakeholder relationships and networks

 Job requirements:

  •  Marketing/PR/Administrator qualification advantageous
  • Computer Literacy - Microsoft
  • Marketing/PR/Administrator experience essential
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle essential
  • Clean credit and criminal checks essential

Key Performance Areas:

Working alongside the committee, your role will be to facilitate, oversee and manage all aspects that the client is involved in. This includes but is not solely limited to:
Oversight of events
a) Managing the events calendar
b) Creating invites that attract the right audience
c) Manage invite responses
d) Co-ordinate all event logistics
e) Ensure social media coverage during before and after the event
f) Communicate with sponsors, speakers,
Management of Database / members
a) Update members details regularly to ensure communication is to the relevant person/s within our membership base
Communication / Reputation management
a) All online and offline brand messaging which includes: blog, newsletter,
b) Management and posting on social media feeds
c) Oversee and co-ordinate the design and content for the quarterly newsletter
d) Regular emails / invites, etc to membership
Administration
o Minutes of meetings
o Monthly reporting to committee on the progress against KPAs
o Bi-annual reporting to the ECDC on achieving their KPAs
Stakeholder engagement
a) Co-ordinating with sponsors and memberships
b) Attending meetings on behalf of the Client where necessary
c) Assisting potential exporters with export readiness assessments
d) Complete applications for export related government incentives
Over and above the skills to deliver on these key performance areas, we require a willing and positive attitude to enhance the brand and member experience. This includes:
a) Positive member interaction and ensure client satisfaction is a priority
b) Contribute positively to the culture and morale within the team
c) Keep abreast with trends in the fields and services we offer
d) Be a brand ambassador for the client at all times.
e) Proactively help in any area that assists the team or the Client at any time.
