JOB SPECIFICATION

Position: Branch Manager
Reports to: General Manager: Operations
Region: Charisma Healthcare Solutions – Pretoria Branch

Purpose of the Job:
To manage and direct the operational function of the Branch. To ensure the provision of effective, sustainable and legally compliant healthcare solutions that is aligned to the Client’s requirements and adheres to Company Policy. Ensures that the branch is aligned to the Company business strategy and values.
Retain and grow the business and ensure that all service offerings are quality orientated and cost effective to both the Client and the Company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the sustainability of the business with the knowledge and understanding of the influences and impact of the macro environment on the Company and the industry.
• Pro- active identification of potential new clients, recognize key competitors, retain and grow the business market share.
• Manage and develop loyal client relationships by understanding and staying close to their staffing requirements.
• Driving the business to ensure that the monthly targeted billings are attained
• Manage the budget, ensuring that costs are contained within the budgeted figures.
• Co-ordinate workflow processes and systems to achieve optimal efficiencies and quality customer service while ensuring that the Branch is aligned with the Company structures and values.
• Apply targeted recruitment and selection practices ensuring that the staffing solutions are legally compliant and meet the clients’ needs.
• Retention and growth of the assignee data base by ensuring the assignees are valued and respected and afforded the same rights as any employee
• Leading and championing the team to build a values-based Company culture and code of conduct.
• Managing the performance of individuals and the teams

Minimum Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
• Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience
• Management / Supervisory Experience
• A minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experience
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Drivers license and own reliable transport essential
