Branch Manager for the client based in Durban.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Matric / grade 12 qualification essential.
•National Diploma or higher – Business Administration
EXPERIENCE:
•8 years at Managerial level within the industry essential
Duties & Responsibilities •
Develop and Implement an Annual Business Plan in Line with the Organisational Groups and Business Units objectives and Goals
•Compliance with Statutory Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures
•Implementation and Monitoring of the Company SHE and TQM compliance Systems
•Manage Branch Finance
•Manage the Human Resources function within the Branch
•Managing the Materials and Procurement Process
•Managing the Production Operations
Knowledge Skills & Abilities •Sound working knowledge of MS Office and email.
•Be able to apply their sales ability as well as their technical ability.
•Able to expedite and update the customer at all times.
•Must be self-disciplined and target driven.
•High technical communication/negotiation ability.
•Good reporting abilities both verbal and written.
