3x Branch Managers needed (Mpumalanga, Hoedspruit & Ermelo) – for a 1 Year Contract.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Qualifications
•Matric
•Valid Driver’s license free of endorsements
•Be in possession of a valid South African Credit Card
•Minimum 3-5 years of Management of staff and division / department
•Security environment knowledge advantageous
•Financial environment experience advantageous

General:
•The daily management of the branch
•The planning of the daily, weekly and monthly activities
•The control of the Operator and Agent Cards, Keys etc. by Registers
•The control of the enrolment data
•To act as a liaison between the teams, the Provincial and/or Head Office
•Check of daily / weekly & monthly paperwork
•Submitting of reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
•Site visits
•Ensure all technical issues are completed timeously with correct procedures followed.
•Ensure all staff understand Responsibility for any cash signed for and/or balanced
•Correct and accurate completion of administrative & operational document
•Correct and timeous planning, implementation, negotiation and control
•Facilitate Staff training when required
•To be responsible and manage all aspects of all enrolment
•To ensure that security is correctly maintained at the branch, in convoy and on site

The successful applicant must:
•Be willing to work long hours and be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
•Be able to work without supervision
•Be reliable, trustworthy and honest
•Have excellent planning, implementation, negotiation and control skills
•Have good communication and people skills at all levels
•Previous experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent.

Remuneration
CTC Per month -R22 740 -00
