Branch Manager (Hospitality Gaming - Tzaneen)
Educational Requirements:
Matric (Must have)
Must have Food and Beverage qualification
Experience Requirements:
Must have prior experience in the Food and Beverage Industry / Hospitality & management
Experience in gambling / gaming is advantageous
Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook etc
Must be well spoken & presented
Must have experience in understanding of financials
Experience in F & B stock control
Strong Leadership skills
High attention to detail
Results driven individual
Responsibilities:
Management of staff
Plan and manage staff where necessary
Conducting daily, weekly, monthly stock counts
Performing inspections ensuring all standards are met
Reviewing daily reconciliations & reports
Ensuring health & safety compliance
Ensuring venue cleanliness & hygiene
Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
Attending to customer complaints & taking corrective action
Ensuring FICA compliance
Monitoring and experience in company surveillance systems
Compile necessary reports (weekly & monthly)
Knowledge of operational standards and procedures within the industry
Good staff relations to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all concerned
Knowledge of operational standards & procedures
Conflict resolution
Ensure policies & procedures are being adhered to
Opening & closing, securing of venue at start or end or shift
General Admin
Additional information:
Salary is to be discussed on current earnings
Must be willing to work shifts and weekends
Own transport
Candidate will undergo competency tests as well as a polygraph
