Job Summary
We looking for a talented Branch Manager who will manage staff , foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and smooth branch operation within Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas

NB PLEASE NOTE : this position is commission based only

Key performance areas
1. Achieve monthly branch sales target
2. Build relationships and maintain positive influence community leaders/ward counsellors within the various areas that will be discussed upon appointment
3. Have previous experience in cultural etiquette
4. Assist in generating sufficient leads for sales committed to expansion and success of business by increasing productivity
5. Provide weekly feedback on branch sales and performance in general
6. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
7. Must be able to speak multiple African languages
8. High commission earnings and negotiable finance plan available

Knowledge and Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Sales Management within the Insurance industry
2. Experience in funeral policies would be an advantage
3. Understanding FICA + FAIS legislation

Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. RE 1 will be an advantage
3. Divers license with own vehicle
